Update 1.02! 28/08/20
Hey, Drakes is here again. Remember when I said that a new update will come in a week or two?
It's time for the next update!
So what's in store for this 1.02 update?

I spent a lot of time re-hauling the visual aspect of the novel since I didn't feel satisfied enough, so you'll notice some new visuals and etc. It might not look like a lot in the surface, but it's a lot in the background! ^^'
Fixes and Changes:
- Animations looks a lot more smoother now! (I think anyways. I've noticed that fast forwarding will mess up some of the visuals, can't really do much about that though.)
- Fixed the issue where selecting a different menu after changing your mind about getting the same order as Gran's would still lead to the "Get what Gran is getting" dialogues
- Equalised the volume of the rain so that it's not overpowering the other SFX.
- Increased the font size for the Android version.
- All the characters' text boxes have been reverted back to default. (Black)
- New SFX have been added in older scenes.
- A fair bit of proofreading....
New Updates:
- A few new characters are introduced! (Some have art assets!)
- 2 new different splash screens that plays when you launch the game. (50/50 chance for one or the other.)
- Characters now have side images when speaking.
- Added Black bars when showing CGs, and a dark tint over the night scenes.
- Added New musics, more sfxs and BGs.
- More dialogues.
Future Plans:
- Make the VN look or feel a bit more animated.
- Re-do some of Gran's sprite. (Fix some of the line-art inconsistencies.)
- Create new clothes for Dave and Gran. (Already a work in progress!)
- New sprites for side characters and/or main ones. (WIP)
- Continuation of the story...
- To create CG Gallery and/or Music.
- Create more CGs.
- Maybe create a sprite for the MC...?
- Some other things that I haven't really thought about...

im pretty late to the party haha...i was wondering how to update this exact build, 1.02. if i go the download button bellow the zip it just leads me to download the first build all over again..i honestly dont know how to do this. i mean, is it still even possible to get the rest of the builds or would i have to pay for them, since i cant download the rest. sorry for the dumb questions ^^'
I wouldn't mind seeing NSFW in this but I also wouldn't mind it staying as a SFW because I like the story ^-^

I kind of prefer if the MC has no sprite. when I play these games I like to insert myself in the story as the MC. So having no sprite or a customizable sprite is more fun for me. not the end of the world if you give them one. there are plenty of good VNs that give the MC a sprite.
Some people have suggested me to implement a customisable MC. Still thinking about it so it's not something that is set in stone just yet. Looking at it in a practical manner, creating a customisable MC will require a lot of work and I'm not sure if I'm ready for the task just yet. ^^'

That's ok like I said not the end of the world in fact go back to the part where I suggest not having a spirit for the MC this still allows us to project and it saves you some work. When it comes to CGs that may have the MC just do what the original Morenatsu did and have the face of the MC conveniently facing away or out of frame. If you do go this route one thing you can do is allow the player to make simple customization like skin tone and hair color similar to what was done in extracurricular activities.
I don't think you should bog your self down trying to make the MC super customizable but something as simple as a color swap for the skin tone and hair can make the game much more enjoyable. This allows people from different ethical groups to also project in ways they may not get to in other VNs.
I would love seeing the MC have a sprite, it helps me create the scene in my head when I have a definite picture of the MC in my head c: Customization isn't very important to me tho
Will the polar bear be a love interest?
Yes. Norman will be a viable route for love interest.
